This long awaited debut album has seven songs that each have their own feel and groove, yet are all still very much Born From Ruins. Songs such as "Burn" and "Pusher" are good examples of their heavier/metal side using elements such as heavy breakdowns, dropped tunings, harsh vocals, and a distinguished kick drum. But they also show their more "radio friendly" alternative rock side with songs such as "The Way" and "Falling Below". The album opens with the very lively title track, and closes with a balad and crowd favorite "Swallow". The epic "Mayday" clocking in at just under seven and a half minutes takes it's spot right in the middle of the EP, beginning with a soft melodic opening, and finishing with a powerful and passionate ending.
